A 100% silk dupion fabric in a rich rust brown/orange tone, warm and earthy with depth rather than shine. This silk is machine woven for a slightly smoother surface, while still retaining the natural slub texture that gives dupion its character and visual interest.
Lightweight, thin and crisp with a firm handle, this fabric behaves much like silk taffeta, making it ideal for structured garments. It holds pleats, darts and voluminous gathers beautifully and supports fitted silhouettes with clean, defined lines.
A strong, architectural silk that works especially well for statement dresses, skirts, bodices and tailored occasion wear, where structure and colour are key.
