We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Please note: Cut fabric cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is cut to order specifically for you. We strongly recommend ordering a swatch sample before purchasing fabric by the metre. Made to measure items and personalised goods are also non-returnable.

Digital PDF Sewing Patterns
Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF sewing pattern sales are final. Once your order has been completed, you are provided with immediate access to download the files. As a result, digital sewing patterns are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

If you experience any problems downloading your files or have any questions about your pattern purchase, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We'll be happy to help resolve any technical issues and ensure you can access the files you've purchased.

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at support@trurofabrics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
