Sewing Club - Fortnightly Social Sewing
Join our fortnightly sewing social at The Truro Fabrics Studio every other Tuesday from 5:30pm–8:30pm! This is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow sewists and crafters in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Our spacious, bright studio is equipped with large cutting tables, providing plenty of room to work on your latest project. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel right at home while enjoying dedicated stitching time with others.
Bring your sewing machines, kits, and creative energy, and feel free to bring along snacks or food to make it a truly social evening. Whether you're working on a DIY sewing project, learning new techniques, or simply want some time to craft, our sewing group in Cornwall offers a fun and supportive environment.
Time: 5.30-8.30pm

Welcome to The Studio at Truro Fabrics, our vibrant creative hub in the heart of Cornwall. Here, we offer a welcoming space for crafters and makers to gather, learn, and share their passion for all things handmade.
We run a variety of friendly and inclusive groups and clubs designed to inspire creativity and foster community:
Knit and Knatter: A relaxed, twice-monthly group where knitters and crocheters can work on their projects, share tips, and enjoy great company.
Sewing Club: Meeting fortnightly, this group is perfect for anyone looking to dedicate time to sewing in a supportive, creative environment.
Cosplay Club: Held monthly, this club is a space for costume enthusiasts to connect, exchange ideas, and work on their designs.
While these are not structured, taught classes, our knowledgeable staff are on hand to provide tips, guidance, and advice when needed.
Whether you're a seasoned crafter or just starting out, our clubs are the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded makers, gain inspiration, and dedicate time to your projects in a friendly, relaxed setting. Come and join our thriving creative community at Truro Fabrics!
