Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy

We want every workshop to be a wonderful experience for all participants. To ensure this, we ask all attendees to read and agree to the following policies before booking.

Booking
All workshop places must be booked and paid for in advance. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Your place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel your place, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date are non-refundable, but you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. We are unable to offer refunds or transfers for non-attendance on the day.

Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. We will give as much notice as possible.

What to Bring
Please check your workshop booking confirmation for details of what to bring. Unless otherwise stated, all materials and equipment are provided.
