Cotton Jersey Fabric - Sweet Briar Sprig

We love this quietly lovely floral print. Small rosebuds and delicate sprigs are scattered across a soft sage green background in a repeat that feels calm and fresh. The palette is gentle and grown-up, dusty pink blooms with dark trailing stems against that muted green, with a simplicity to it that makes it incredibly easy to work with.

The fabric is a 95% cotton, 5% elastane jersey knit, the same reliable t-shirt weight that's a pleasure to sew and even more of a pleasure to wear. It has great stretch and recovery, holds its shape well and feels soft and breathable against the skin.

It suits relaxed, wearable shapes best. A simple jersey dress would be beautiful, as would a classic t-shirt, a gathered top or a set of children's separates.
