A 100% silk dupion fabric in a soft champagne gold shade, woven by machine for a slightly smoother finish while retaining the natural slub texture that dupion silk is known for. Fine irregularities in the yarn give the fabric depth and character, catching the light beautifully across the surface.
This silk has a crisp, firm handle and is very lightweight and thin, with a feel close to silk taffeta in structure. It holds pleats, gathers, and shape exceptionally well, making it ideal for structured dresses, skirts, bodices, fitted garments, and occasion wear.
