Foam is available in ¼" and ½" sheets, as well as custom-cut sizes from 1" to 4" thick, so whatever the seat is for, there's a foam depth to suit it. For added comfort and a softer, more rounded appearance, upholstery wadding can be added to bespoke foam orders.

Working on something that'll live outside? We can also source reticulated foam for outdoor seating and cushions, built to cope with the elements without losing its shape or support.

Every box cushion is finished with piping and a zip as standard, so you get a durable, professional result.

How it works

4. We cut and make. Foam is cut to your exact dimensions and box cushions are finished with piping and a zip as standard.
