All new Janome sewing machines purchased from Truro Fabrics come with a standard Janome manufacturer's warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.

Standard Warranty Period: 2 years from the date of purchase for mechanical and electrical components.

What is covered:
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Electrical and mechanical faults arising from normal use. Parts and labour costs for warranty repairs.

What is not covered:
Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect. Consumable parts such as needles, bobbins, and presser feet. Damage caused by using non-Janome accessories or parts. Machines that have been serviced or repaired by unauthorised technicians.
