Cotton Poplin Fabric - Colour Creatures

Swipes of watercolour in every shade of the rainbow, with the cutest cast of hand-drawn animals peeking out between them - lions, giraffes, zebras, crocodiles, cats and turtles, all sketched in that wonderfully wobbly way that sketched by a child (in the best possible way!)

The overall effect is painterly and joyful, with enough going on to keep little eyes busy but a soft, creamy background that stops it from feeling overwhelming. It works beautifully alongside plains and coordinates, and would make the most wonderful little shirt, shorts or pyjamas.

Like all fabrics in the Light & Lush Kids collection, this is a smooth 100% cotton poplin, designed in Denmark by Stof Fabrics. At 105gsm it's lightweight and lovely to handle - easy to cut, easy to sew, and it presses beautifully.
