Cotton Stripe Pointelle Fabric - Ivory

Pretty enough to make you want to sew something immediately, this Ivory pointelle jersey combines delicate texture with the comfort of an exceptionally stretchy knit. The open lace quality of pointelle creates a lovely feminine finish, with alternating fine ribs and a classic diamond pointelle design running through the fabric.

The cotton and polyester blend with 5% elastane is lightweight, breathable and wonderfully comfortable to wear. It has plenty of stretch and excellent recovery, that satisfying ping-back that helps fitted garments return to shape rather than becoming baggy with wear.

We'd absolutely use this for a Wardrobe By Me Bralette or Camisole Sewing Pattern, where the pretty pointelle can really shine. In ivory, it has that lovely vintage-underwear feel while still looking completely modern. Think soft camisoles layered under shirts, or a bralette you won't want to hide.
