The dress has wrist-length puff sleeves with gathered openings, while the top features ruffle shoulder straps. There are also alternative ways to make each variation, giving you four possible combinations: a sleeveless dress with shoulder straps, a puff-sleeved dress with an off-the-shoulder neckline, a top with puff sleeves and an off-the-shoulder neckline, or the original A-line top with ruffle straps.

Both styles are maternity friendly, making this a versatile pattern to wear through different stages of life.
