A little bit of holiday, without the tropical cliché. This linen and cotton blend is a pale grey scattered with an oversized silhouette print of darker grey palm trees. The tonal colour palette keeps the large-scale print feeling understated and grown-up, while the scale gives a simple garment plenty of impact. With the natural character of a linen and cotton blend, it’s a lovely choice for relaxed dressmaking and lightweight home projects.
We’d make this into a loose summer dress, oversized shirt, wide-leg trousers or relaxed jumpsuit, particularly if you want the print to do the work without needing a complicated pattern. It would also make striking curtains, cushions or other soft furnishings.
