Natural, textured and quietly beautiful. This linen and cotton blend has been left in its natural, undyed state, giving the fabric a lovely seeded texture and an earthy, organic-looking character. Fine white stripes run through the cloth, created with yarn-dyed threads so the pattern is woven into the fabric rather than printed on top. It has the sort of relaxed, understated look that works just as well in a handmade wardrobe as it does around the home.
We’d make this into wide-leg trousers, relaxed pull-on trousers, an oversized shirt or simple summer dress, or take it into interiors for softly structured curtains, table runners, cushions and other projects with a natural feel. A really beautiful cloth for when you want texture and interest without a bold print.
