A classic sweatshirt fabric with a little more structure. This pale grey marl cotton loopback has a smooth outer face and the distinctive looped reverse associated with traditional sweatshirt jersey.

Made from 100% cotton, it has a firmer handle and very little stretch (less than 10%), making it a good choice for garments that benefit from a more stable knit rather than a stretchy, body-hugging fit. The loopback construction gives it a lighter feel than fleece-backed sweatshirt fabric, without the brushed layer.

We'd use this deadstock cotton sweatshirt fabric for zip-up hoodies, classic sweatshirts and jogging bottoms. Its limited stretch makes it particularly well suited to relaxed shapes with a little more structure.
