Organic Washed Cotton Jumbo Gingham Fabric - Blueberry

Blueberry is a rich mid blue and white jumbo gingham with a generous 27mm check that gives the classic pattern a bold, graphic feel. The deeper blue makes the larger-scale check particularly striking, while the washed finish keeps it relaxed and easy to wear.

Made from organic cotton, it has a cosy, substantial handle similar to a fine cotton flannel, without the brushed surface. It remains breathable enough for year-round wear, while the gently washed, crinkled finish gives the fabric relaxed texture and an easy feel straight from the roll.

The check is woven from dyed threads rather than printed, giving the blue lovely depth and making both sides look equally good. We’d make Blueberry into an oversized shirt, statement midi dress, wide-leg trousers or pinafore. It would also be brilliant for a boxy chore jacket or overshirt.
