Organic Washed Cotton Jumbo Gingham Fabric - Cloud

Cloud is a soft pale blue and white jumbo gingham with a generous 27mm check that gives the classic pattern a fresh, graphic feel. The gentle blue keeps the larger-scale check feeling easy and versatile, making it a great choice for everyday pieces with a little more personality.

Made from organic cotton, it has a soft, substantial handle similar to a fine cotton flannel, without the brushed surface. It feels cosy while remaining breathable enough for year-round wear, and the gently washed, crinkled finish gives the fabric relaxed texture straight from the roll.

The check is woven from dyed threads rather than printed, giving the colour lovely depth and making both sides look equally good. We’d make Cloud into an oversized shirt, relaxed midi dress, wide-leg trousers or pinafore. It would also make a brilliant lightweight chore jacket or overshirt.
