Pure Wool Twill Fabric - National Cornish Tartan 13cm

Traditional Cornish National tartan in British pure wool twill. This heavier weight wool fabric is suitable for kilts, suitings and sashes - or anything requiring a heavier weight Cornish tartan.

This tartan has a 13cm pattern repeat.

Cornish National Tartan was the first Cornish tartan. Each colour symbolises an aspect of the county's heritage. Black and gold were the colours of the Kings of Cornwall, the red is for the beak and legs of the Cornish Chough. At the centre of the tartan design is the St Piran's flag, surrounded by the blue representing the Atlantic.
