The Sasha Trousers are designed for stretch woven fabrics with enough structure to create a polished tailored finish while allowing comfortable movement.

Choose fabrics with at least 20% crosswise stretch or around 2–3% lycra content. For pocket lining, use a lightweight cotton woven fabric.

To complete the Sasha Trousers you will need:

  • Fusible interfacing
  • Pants zipper
  • Sew-in hook and bar closure (or a regular button alternative)
  • 5/8" (16mm) button for inside waistband
  • Marking tool
  • Polyester thread
  • Optional: Double fold bias tape for finishing waistband
  • Optional: Tailor’s ham for pressing darts and crotch seams
