The SISKO sewing pattern by Named Clothing includes two variations: a midi-length dress and a crop top. Both feature a distinctive layered, interlaced wrap bodice with ties, creating an interesting front detail with a scoop neckline and keyhole opening.

The sleeveless dress has a gathered midi-length skirt with an elasticated waist, while the top has a shorter cropped silhouette. Both styles are maternity and nursing friendly, making them practical options to wear through different stages of life.

Choose a light to medium-weight knit fabric with approximately 40–50% stretch. A fluid viscose jersey will give the garments a softer drape, while a lower-drape fabric such as interlock knit will create a more structured finish. If using a lightweight fabric, add knit interfacing to the ties to help them hold their shape.

The SISKO PDF sewing pattern is available in EUR sizes 32–56 (UK 4–28).

Sewing Level: Intermediate

Choose a light to medium-weight knit fabric with approximately 40–50% stretch. The amount of drape will affect the finished look:

  • Viscose jersey for a softer, more fluid drape
  • Interlock knit for a more structured finish with less drape

For lightweight fabrics, use knit interfacing on the ties to help them hold their shape.

Dress

  • Fusible knit interfacing for the elastic casing: 10 cm (4")
  • Fusible knit interfacing for the ties: 105 cm (1 1/8 yd), if required
  • Elastic, 2 cm (3/4") wide: your waist circumference

Top

  • Fusible knit interfacing for the ties: 105 cm (1 1/8 yd), if required
