For the best fit, measure your chest, waist and hip circumference and compare your measurements with the designer's size chart. For the Cara Top, pay particular attention to your bust and waist measurements. As the top is made from elastic jersey, small variations in your measurements are less concerning.

The designer recommends a light to medium-weight stretch jersey, such as organic cotton jersey. Their sample was made using a GOTS-certified organic cotton jersey containing 95% cotton and 5% elastane.
