Viscose Challis Lawn Fabric - Flame

A soft viscose challis lawn in a fiery hot orange shade that’s full of summer energy. With its smooth surface and light, fluid drape, this plain-weave viscose is a lovely choice for comfortable garments that move with you.

Viscose is a plant-based fibre made from wood pulp; it’s naturally breathable and has a soft, smooth handle that feels lovely next to the skin. This challis lawn has just enough weight to skim and flow without clinging - making it ideal for floaty dresses, swishy skirts, relaxed shirts and layering pieces.

A satisfying quality of viscose is how well it presses and handles nicely with a fine machine needle – we’d recommend taking a little extra care with edges and bias cuts to avoid stretching.
