Recommended for Viscose Twill Fabric - Russet Peony

This print is a real head-turner. Large peonies in deep burgundy and russet are scattered across a black background, with golden yellow leaves adding a warmth and movement throughout. The white outline around each bloom gives it a bold, graphic quality that feels very 70s - in the best possible way!

The fabric is soft, lightweight and beautifully drapey, with a lightly brushed surface and a completely matte finish. It has a really lovely hand feel; smooth and calm, with just enough weight to move well without feeling flimsy.

The scale of the print calls for simple, flowing shapes that give it room to breathe. A wrap dress or bias-cut midi would be stunning, or a generous gathered skirt or wide-leg trousers. It would also work beautifully as a relaxed blouse or shirt dress - something unfussy that lets the print do the talking.
