Black is a deep, true black with an even colour and a smooth matt surface. There’s no shine to distract from the richness of the colour, while the tactile finish gives the felt a soft, quality feel.

Made from 30% wool and 70% viscose, this wool blend felt combines the warmth and resilience of wool with the soft, silky handle of viscose. It feels softer and less scratchy than many traditional wool felts, making it comfortable to cut, stitch and handle.

The felt has good body and holds its shape beautifully, while remaining easy to work with for detailed projects. Its substantial handle makes it ideal for bags, purses, toys, appliqué, brooches, accessories, decorations and other handmade projects where you want a strong colour and plenty of structure.

Soft to handle, matt in finish and satisfyingly substantial, Black is a dependable staple for all kinds of felt projects.
