Grey Marl is a mid grey, heather grey and classic marl grey felt with a softly blended appearance that gives the surface subtle depth and texture.

Made from 30% wool and 70% viscose, this wool blend felt combines the warmth and resilience of wool with the soft, smooth handle of viscose. It feels pleasantly soft without the scratchiness of traditional wool felt, with a matt, tactile surface that has no shine or squeaky feel.

It has good body and holds its shape beautifully, while remaining easy to cut, handle and stitch. The blend is also less prone to shrinking than 100% wool felt, making it a practical choice for bags, toys, appliqué, accessories, decorations and other handmade projects.

Soft but substantial, with enough structure for quality handmade goods, Grey Marl is a dependable felt to have in your craft cupboard.
