Meadow Marl is a bright green, fresh grass green and vibrant leafy green felt with a subtle marl effect that gives the surface a softly heathered appearance.

Made from 30% wool and 70% viscose, this wool blend felt brings together the warmth and resilience of wool with the soft, smooth handle of viscose. It has a pleasantly soft feel without the scratchiness you can get from traditional wool felt, while the matt, tactile surface has no shine or squeaky feel.

With good body and shape retention, it is easy to cut, handle and stitch while giving finished projects a satisfyingly substantial feel. The blend is also less prone to shrinking than 100% wool felt.

Use Meadow Marl for bags, toys, appliqué, accessories, decorations and other handmade projectswhere you want a quality felt that is soft to touch, durable and enjoyable to work with.
