Fehr Trade - PDF Sewing Pattern - XYT Workout Top

The XYT Workout Top sewing pattern from Fehr Trade is a close-fitting, sleeveless activewear top designed for running, workouts and other high-movement activities. It features a scoop neckline at the front and gives you a choice of three different upper back designs, so you can create the version that suits your style and activity.

An optional built-in sports bra is included in the pattern for added support. The neckline and armholes can be finished in two ways: with hidden elastic for a clean finish, or with binding using a coverstitch binder.

This is an Intermediate-level sewing pattern and some experience working with stretch jersey is expected. The pattern is drafted with negative ease, meaning the finished top is approximately 90% of your body measurements, so a stretch fabric with excellent recovery is essential. The optional built-in bra also requires supportive power mesh lining with stretch in both directions.

The pattern includes 1cm seam allowances throughout, except for the wide elastic edges of the bra, which have 2cm allowances. A 3cm hem allowance is included.
