Recommended for Yarn Dyed Cotton Fabric - 3mm Gingham Barley
Soft Barley and white create a beautifully understated take on the classic 3mm mini gingham. This warm, neutral beige has an easy, natural quality that makes it wonderfully versatile, whether you're sewing something to wear or adding a gingham detail around the home.
Made from 100% cotton, this lightweight woven fabric has a slightly crisp handle that makes it easy to sew while giving finished pieces gentle structure. It is yarn dyed, meaning the cotton yarns are dyed before being woven into the check. Because the colour is woven through the fabric rather than printed onto the surface, both sides are usable, making this a genuinely reversible gingham fabric.
The small-scale check is particularly lovely for summer dresses, blouses, shirts and lightweight separates, while the crisp cotton is equally suited to tablecloths, napkins, bunting and other craft projects. Its neutral palette makes it especially easy to pair with other colours and prints.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, it has been independently tested for harmful substances, giving you added reassurance when sewing for yourself or your family.
A timeless 3mm woven gingham in an effortlessly versatile neutral.
