A classic fine stripe in timeless grey and white, woven with neat 3mm stripes for a clean, understated look. This yarn dyed cotton has the same easy versatility as a gingham, but the linear pattern gives it a slightly more tailored feel.
Made from 100% cotton, this lightweight fabric has a slightly crisp handle that makes it easy and enjoyable to sew. It is yarn dyed, meaning the cotton yarns are dyed before the fabric is woven rather than having the stripe printed onto the finished fabric. The colour runs through the weave, giving the fabric a reversible finish with the same stripe on both sides.
The fine 3mm stripe is particularly well suited to shirts, blouses, dresses and lightweight separates, while its crisp handle also makes it useful for children's clothing, pyjamas, bunting, napkins and other craft projects.
