Yarn Dyed Cotton Fabric - 9mm Gingham Rockpool

Dusty green and blue come together beautifully in Rockpool, a muted take on classic 9mm gingham. The larger check gives the soft, coastal-inspired colour combination more presence, making it a lovely choice when you want the gingham pattern to feature in the finished project.

Made from 100% cotton, this lightweight woven fabric has a slightly crisp handle that makes it easy to sew while giving your finished pieces gentle structure. It is yarn dyed, meaning the cotton yarns are dyed before being woven into the check. As the colour is woven through the fabric rather than printed onto the surface, both sides are usable, making this a genuinely reversible gingham fabric.

The larger-scale check works particularly well for summer dresses, shirts, blouses and lightweight separates, as well as picnic-style tablecloths, napkins, bunting and other craft projects.
