Seersucker Classic Gingham Fabric – Lemon Meringue

Like a slice of lemon meringue on a summer afternoon, Lemon Meringue pairs buttery yellow with soft sky blue in a classic 8mm gingham check. The larger check gives this sweet colour combination a little more presence, while the subtle seersucker texture adds a gently puckered finish.

The fabric is lightweight and floaty without being flimsy, making it especially good for garments where you want movement and volume without lots of weight. We'd make a full gathered dress with puff sleeves, a breezy button-up shirt or a simple blouse with voluminous sleeves. It would also make lovely children's clothing, from summer dresses to little shirts and matching sets.
